🔁 A Cycle of Trial and Error:
🔁 Back in college, my routine was only Cetaphil face wash and Neutrogena makeup wipes... most days.
🔁 I couldn't resist picking at my acne, which only made things worse.
🔁 Then came microneedling and the initial relief for scarring. *But here's where I messed up: I didn't address the ongoing acne issue first. I was putting a band-aid on a leaking building.
💔 The AviClear Detour:
💔I thought this was the best thing for me and heard positive reviews and that it was an alternative to actuate.
💔I was hoping for clear skin. Instead, my acne worsened for this treatment even after waiting three months from final appt.
🌟 The Accutane:
🌟 Finally, in January 2023, I found a new dermatologist. Accutane became my last resort.
🌟 I felt nervous and very annoyed after spending so much money on AviClear
🙋 Looking back, I wish I had spoken up sooner and didn't wait so long. Don't hesitate to reach out to a dermatologist if your skin is causing you stress. It's okay!
Accutane Helpers:

6 amazing books to cultivate that "It Girl" mindse 6 amazing books to cultivate that "It Girl" mindset.💭
📚"Down the Rabbit Hole" by Holly Madison: This isn't a self-help book, but it's a good read for anyone in their early to mid-20s. Holly Madison's journey in the Playboy Mansion reveals that even in glamorous settings, insecurities and challenges exist. It's a powerful lesson in finding your voice and breaking free.
📚"Girl Logic" by Liza Schlesinger: A provoking exploration of how women talk to themselves and each other. It dives into the unwritten rules and standards women navigate daily, shedding light on the societal pressures we often accept without question.
📚"How to Become an Overnight Success" by Maria Hatzistefanis: Maria's journey from a not so glamour start of founding Rodial. To the now high-end skincare brand is a testament to how it takes ten years to become an overnight success. It highlights the hard work and persistence behind the scenes that we rarely see. A great read for those feeling stuck in their careers. @mrsrodial
📚"How to Be a Boss Bitch" by Christine Quinn and Rachel Holtzman: Christine Quinn, known from Selling Sunset, shares her journey from working at Taco Bell to becoming a real estate sensation. It's a fun, girly read with amazing insights on manifesting. @thechristinequinn
📚"Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill: An OG in the self-help world, but with some outdated elements. It offers nuggets of wisdom, such as the idea that you're often just "three feet away from gold." A reminder in perseverance cause you never know when you are three feet away from that breakthrough moment.
📚"Winning" and 📚"Relentless" by Tim Grover: Tim Grover, a coach to legends like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, shares intense but motivating insights into the mindset of winners. He categorizes individuals as coolers, closers, or cleaners, shedding light on how mental strength defines success. "Relentless" emphasizes that talent is secondary to relentless drive and work ethic.
These books have impacted my life in various ways, and they might resonate differently with you. If you're looking for inspiration, mindset shifts, or a good dose of motivation, consider checking these books out.

A healthy relationship with food🍔🥗 In last A healthy relationship with food🍔🥗
In last week's episode, I shared my personal journey of transforming my relationship with food. 🍔🥗 From the pressure to be 'LA skinny' to my battle with mindless munching... I have been there. Haven't we all?
🌟 It's not a one-size-fits-all journey, and I'm no expert, but here's what worked for me: I took a harsh step, cutting out dairy, alcohol, and carbs for about three months. 🙌 THIS WOULDN'T HAVE WORKED LONG TERM. I think any "diet" is not a long-term solution.
But by distancing myself from these foods temporarily, I learned that I don't have to eat endlessly. I was eating out of the idea that if I didn't eat it all right now it would be gone....That's sometimes not the case and sometimes it causes someone else to eat it... 🤔( I am looking at those roommates, dads and partners)
But, when I added those foods back in my craving and mindlessness were changed and it started to become a more intuitive approach. 🍕🍷 (Not always but a general overall change).
All this being said a change for a short period of time could possibly affect some long term habit.
This isn't medical advice, but rather my personal experience. And everyone's journey will be unique. If you are looking for support and it's available to you please seek professional guidance if you can, but I hope I was able to share that even small shifts can make a big difference.

📍 Beverly Hills Hotel If you like pink and ext 📍 Beverly Hills Hotel
If you like pink and extra luxurious hotels this is the spot.
Let's get into all the cool spots to grab an 📸IG pic and check out 👀 when you visit. And how to blend in with the hotel guest 🫣
🅿️ Parking:
A quick tip: The valet service costs around $50, but if you're planning a short visit, consider parking in the nearby residential area and walking to the hotel.
☕ The Fountain Coffee Room:
When you're here to capture the sights and snap a few photos, don't miss the Fountain Coffee Room. This spot is perfect for a quick coffee or matcha. Head right from the lobby, descend the stairs, and you'll stumble upon this cafe. Your confident stride will make it seem like you know the way.
🏊 Poolside:
The renowned poolside area is a hot spot, but note that photography isn't allowed, and access may be restricted to hotel guests. Keep this in mind when you visit.
🍸 Polo Lounge:
You can dine inside or outside. I think it's a great place to grab a drink at night and gives that Hollywood glamour vibe in the bar area inside. Open daily 7 am-3 pm and 5 pm-11 pm. You don't need to be a guest to enjoy the polo lounge.
🛍️ Dior Pop-up:
Now until September 4th. Honestly, loved the pop-up. The pink Dior print was so cute. But, I have to say I felt a little intimidated to take pictures in the main store area. As I know that's not the main point of the pop-up. But, it was still very cute, and if I had the extra cash I would have been broke shopping there.
📸 Get those pics:
-The iconic entryway with the red carpet
- When walking in along the car driveway you can find pink walls to take pictures at
- The Dior signs near the pop-up area
- Lounge area on the way to the pool
- This cute Beverly Hills hotel sign (in my pictures) is also on the way to the pool.

🔊🙉 Heard they’re handing out PhDs in Quick 🔊🙉 Heard they’re handing out PhDs in Quick Judgments these days. 🕵️Here’s the thing: there will always be noise. What I’ve started to learn for myself is that you can hear that noise and judgment; you can even feel it. But it’s how we choose to let that ‘noise’ affect us that truly matters. I’ve cared for way too long about what other people think. TBH, I’ll probably always care about people’s opinions, but I no longer let that noise affect me. I can hear it, but we don’t need to let that noise affect us. 🎧✨

Confidence isn't always an immediate feeling; some Confidence isn't always an immediate feeling; sometimes, you need to give that confidence a little kick in the a** start. That's where 'fake it till you make it' comes into the picture.📸
I've been toying with the concept of “Rent the Runway Confidence” ever since it arose in an interview with @maddztaddz. If 'fake it till you make it' is like renting confidence, all I can say is sign me up! ✔️
Embrace this strategy. If we all have to start by renting confidence so that one day, we can own all the designer, and there's no shame in the rent the runway game! 🌟
